[Resolved] Reliance Communications — recharge successful but benefit not transferred into account | |||
i have a reliance netconnect 1x,which i recharged throw a retailer by 429 with unlimited surfing for 90 days on 8/05/2013. i received a successful recharge message then i start to connect internet but ridiculously, i could not connect internet and my main balance which was 19 rs something paisa , deducted. then i complaint about this on customer care on 9/05/2013 id is[protected] but no resolution, then again 10/05/2013 id is[protected] but no resolution, then 13/05/2013 at appellate authority id is[protected] but i could not receive any resolution, i still not connect to internet when money was deducted . please take appropriate action against reliance. i am very thankful to you. from sachin kumar h.no.-36, near-post office, nakur road, sarsawa dist-saharanpur (u.p.) -247232 Was this information helpful? | |||
