[Resolved] Reliance Communications — refusal to provide waiver charges | |||
Hello, This is Ashish Gupta from Pune. I am facing an issue with Reliance Communications for my broadband internet connection. I have an UNLIMITED COMBO plan which is a wired internet connection. My user id is[protected]. The issues faced are: 1. Almost every month the broadband connection is down for 2-3 days. On contacting the customer care they say its regular maintainance. I have an unlimited plan, and i expect my connection to work everyday. If the connection is down, I expect Reliance to provide a waiver in the monthly charge calculated prorated for the days the connection is down, due to an issue at Relinace end. Recently the connection was down for 5 days from 5th july, 2012 to 9th july 2012. It has been the same case for past few months as well. There have been scores of emails to reliance from my side but no positive response from them. 2. The connection is very poor on EVERY weekend. I am unable to open google.com as well. Customer care says that it is due to loading. When i am paying Rs. 600 + taxes every month for an unlimited internet connection of speed 1mbps, i expect it to work everyday. If there is loading, Reliance should improve thier infrastructure. I am fed up of following up with Reliance for these issues and hence i have approached you. Thanks in advance.
