Reliance Communications — REGULARLY MY TALK VALUE IS DEBITED OF SOME AMOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT

Reliance GSM — Amount debited from my account

Hi Team,

My self Arshad Nadim,i am a Reliance Prepaid customer,my Mobile number is [protected],since begining i am very upset with your service.

From the last three or four month,my account is debited some amount on behalf of Value added service.

I have never used any Value added service,i am regularly in touch with your customer care executive but till now didn't get any response from your side,still my account is

debited some amount.you can check last month conversation between me and your executive..

For this issue i have spoken to your Custome care Executive Mr.Rajesh,Pawan,Sweta,Lalit,arvind Perwej............ to deactived all value added service,

which i have never activate this service,But yesterday also my account is debited 30 Rupees for CRBT service Renewed.

My question is why you are cheating with Customer,till when your are deducting my account balance.

I try to contact your customer care number (*333),but showing busy as usual.

what i do now,Reliance is a big company,why you are cheating with customer,if you want i will never use Reliance.

I need my debited money should transfer back to my account,i am expecting final result from Relaince.
