[Resolved] Reliance Communications — rudeness on call | |||
my unbilled amount was Rs.24 yesterday and today it is Rs.27.5. i called up reliance customer care and the executive there said "all information about the bill will be given only after bill is generated". so am i suppose to wait till bill is generated and watch my bill amount increase? plus the executive TUSHAR BHOIR was too rude and his tone towards a lady was upsetting. i am a college going student and i need to pay bill from my pocket money and i cant afford continuous increase every day when i don't even use it. please help me with this complain. and when i has prepaid connection they used to cut my balance saying i activated so and so pack when i never did.
