Reliance Communications — paid bill not shown in co. account

I have made my bill for the month of Apr 2011 on 5/5/2011 with reliance authorized agent whose address is Madaan motors and mobiles sahibabad ghaziabad PIN-201005.Now co. says that my amount has not reflected in their a/c .I did so many emails to reliance saying with proof(bill copy)that solve my problem still i
am waiting their satisfactory reply .I visited their web world also with all proof but could not resolve this problem .please help me . My a/c ID for broadband is[protected]. My email ID is naresh.pal.[protected]@gmail.com
