Reliance Communications — Service suspended | |||
Dear Sir / Madam I have made payments of Rs. 176/- for the mobile no [protected] by ICICI Credit card on 6-3-2013, wherein the due date was[protected], after that my next bill generated shows that the payments are not made so the bill is generated with that amount Rs. 176/- + Rs. 100/- as late payment charges also the services are suspended I have given the details one week passed but still they have not resumed service yet inspite of making timely payment. If it would be the mistake of the customer then they would call lok adalat then what is my mistake, I am not able to use the mobile for their negligence, when we call up helpdesk every time the answer is System is slow or system is down, what penalty should they take for their mistakes on the other side you tell clients to pay the late payment & other charges.
