[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — fraud and wrong commitments by reliance employees

Dear Sir,

As you can see trailing mail, i asked you weather i will get waiver or not all time i got wrong commitment from local vadodara trident office by your sales executive Mr. Rajubhai but nothing happen.

i suffered almost Rs. 2000 for just GPRS plan although i have given manier times request to activate it. Your manager Mr. harshit Molwaker shown me mail indicating GPRS plan of Rs. 99 is activated for mobile number [protected] they why did i charge Rs. 1500 for GPRS?

wrong plan given me initially then they told me that in activated CUG plan on 27th june 2011 but again there is no 350 calls and 350 sms free discount included?

I have suffered so many inconvinience due to transfering my number to reliance from airtel under MNP.

today only Mr. rajubhai telling me that i will get waiver, Mr. rajubhai and Mr. harshit molwaker sitting at Reliance trident office vadodara gujarat have continuously given me wrong commitments and fraud with me. i visited Mr. harshit at his office and asked for written communication indicating that i will get waiver in next bill of 20th June, he given me big talk like its reliance compnay you should trust on bog name like reliance and all useless fradulent commitment.

please do something urgent about this matte. i will not going to monetory loss for which i am not responsible and please waive off all amount of GPRS as well as tariff and charges charged me for the wrong plan during time period till 27th june 2011.

I am really finding myself frustrated writing several times to nodal officer and local office.

please do something urgent about this matter.

Reliance Communication(India)Ltd. — Non-activation of GPRS

This has reference of my complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com on 10.12.2008
I have a reliance prepaid connection bearing no: [protected]. I recharged it for Rs.303/- on 30.11.2008 at 14:41:08 obviously for GPRS surfing and got confirmation from 37151 and 11111 stating that the GPRS connection will be activated shortly. When contacted to your customer care representative at 58200/[protected] for nearly 20 times I was finally advised to send a message to 55100.which I complied twice but without a response. Tormenting is the fact that your customer care representative either does not receive the call and when receives, makes only glib promises. I was at a loss but then I got your link from the TRAI website and here I am. It will be an attempt on your part to earn the goodwill by settling the matter in right earnest. Further, It will be appreciated to allow the cloak tick for a month of validity on the recharge of Rs.303/- only when the settings for GPRS is received by me. S.S.Thakur

EMPLOYEE — Wrong activation of GPRS

Recently I changed my cell phone. Today on trial base I tried to surfing Internet through my new handset. After 3-4 min o[censored]se when I checked my balance, I realised that net charges is quite high compare to other mobile service provider. Deducted of Rs. 11 for 3-4 min o[censored]se. So I called to your customer care for some suitable scheme/ plan. I talked with one customer care representative name Mr. Sandeep. He explained me the scheme and saying that only one plan is applicable for my instrument. i.e. 100 Rs. activation and surfing extra. I told him that, this is quite costly. So I clearly told him to send this scheme by message, so I can understand the scheme. He sent me one message. I tried to forward that message on 111, 56054 and 144. After that I got one message. And it was an activation message and written "your phone data pack has been activated". Later on I checked and realised that Rs. 100 deducted from my a/c balance. However I was just trying to knowing that scheme. Later on I called again to your customer care dept., they hold... transfer... hold... about 30 minutes and last saying they can't do anything.

In this whole thing, in my opinion there is misunderstanding between your customer care representative and me. If I request to activate of GPRS, why I denied to using of that after activation? However till minute, I have not used a single minute of GPRS and right now I don’t require it. So I request you to reverse the activation charges of Rs. 100 in my a/c and close this matter.

Thanks for your reply. Plan is activated SBI Life CUG99 but what about te first bill i got till 20th may as per normal 99 plan? even plan activated on 27th of may 2011.
so according to your sales executive +manager at vadodara i will get waiver of the same in next bill...
Is that right? will i get waiver or not? should i trust him?

other thing as far as GPRS is concern 20 times i sent an sms on 51234 M99 but there is no revert. No information about pln is activated or not. I given request at call center4 times but they never did it. i suffered already almost Rs.600 charges of GPRS only... what about that monetory loss happen to me? thats not at all my fault.

you ask for all my call recordings from your respected call center and you will come to know how many times i requested for activation of GPRS plan and how they treated me...
Is this kind of treatment used to give to MNP customers?

Above all now from yesterday when i am calling to customer care its auto-answer is coming call after sometime its Busy and call gets disconnected automatically...it happen 3 times...
what do i think of that so ow onwards call center people will not talk to me?

please do something urgent about waiver..provide me satisfactory revert please.

Dear Sir,

I applied for MNP of my Airtel Number for sblife CUG plan(attaching copy of sbilife cug plan tarriffs). while i was given normal Rs 99 monthly rental plan.(attaching first Bill)

I liable to pay Rs. 682 as first bill which is so high as its not plan which i wanted. because in sbi life cug plan tarifs are low as well as monthly 350 sms and 350 calls free. Why am i liable to pay amount for higher charges or wrong plan? reliance sales executive at vadodara telling me that i will get waiver amount in next bill. wel i don't know i should trust him or not so writing to you.

2nd thing is activation of GPRS Rs. 99 plan for 2.5 GB free data:

i given request to activate above plan on call center several times but they never did it. i got my 20th may bill where i charged Rs.112 for GPRS usage while i already given request for activation. again called to call center for further request but they are telling its on seniors hand to activate GPRS plan so i asked him to let me talk to your seniour and they kept me on hold for 40 minutes. when i called again, again they kept me on hold endlessly...i mean what kind of attitude is this towards customer?

Dear nodal officer its my request to kindly ask for every recordings of every call i did at reliance call center...how many times i requested to activate GPRS plan...and how rudely reliance call center executive are talking...

again today i charged more then Rs. 500 GPRS due to non activation of Rs.99 Plan. why do i suffer Monetory loss when i already given request several times. and due to higher usage they stopped my service and for the same i have to pay again Rs.1205 unbilled amount.

Its been pathetic experience with reliance, i am just regreting transfering my services to reliance from airtel...

please do something urgent about this matter.
