Reliance Communications — Wireless broadband Data Card not received | |||
I had applied for a Reliance Wreless boradband Data Card on 26th Jan 2013, CAF No: 38 and paid a cheque in favour of Winning Edge of Rs 1299, HDFC Bank, Cheque No: 327114 to Mr. Philip Bhosale(Emp ID: PURL-040)which got cleared on 1st Feb'13. I haven't received the product yet and just verification call have been done till now. Yesterday i was told from Mumbai No:[protected] that my card is being activated. I have tried the no.s provided to me but those are either not working or unanswered. Request reliance guys to look into this matter seriously as I have lost faith in this company and will not purchase any product from Reliance. reliance telecom data card — data card not received
dear sir,i am applying for a datacard from call max office no-1, 1st floar, dda market ekta enclave, peeragarhi, n delhi -110041 (tin no-[protected]) on dated-16.07.09 but the executive of reliance are not risponding and when i call on no[protected] and talk to mr ravi, anjali, and mr manish they all are not given risponce.
please take the action against reliance telecom because they are waisting a time of customers.

I AM BOOKED THE DATA CARD ON DATED-16.07.09 BUT THE EXICUTIVE OF RELIANCE ARE NOT RISPONDING I AM BOOKED DATA CARD FROM-CALL MAX OFFICE NO-1, 1ST FLOAR, DDA MARKET, EKTA ENCLAVE, PEERAGARHI, N DELHI-110041 (TIN NO-[protected]) WHEN I CALL ON NO[protected] TALK WITH RAVI, ANJALI AND MANISH THEY THREE ARE NOT GIVEN ME ANY RISPONSE AND WHEN I CALL TO ANJALI AND SAYS TO ANJALI PLEASE CONNECT THE LINE TO MANISH, , MANISH IS DISCONNECT THE PHONE.THEY ARE TELL TO ME THAT YOU GET YOUR DATA CARD TOMORROW THIS WORDS OF RELIANCE EMPLOYE WHO ARE TELL TO ME FROM 11 DAYS AND I HAVE A PROOF OF BOOKING.PLEASE TAKE THE ACTION AGAINST RELIANCE TELECOM WHO ARE TAKING THAT TYPE OF EMPLOYESS BECAUSE THEY ARE WAISTING A TIME OF CUSTOMERS AND FOR THIS ONLY RELIANCE IS RISPONSIBLE FOR THAT.

You are right. But please think my case. I applied for Broad band combo plan on 31.8.2009. Even though my bank cheque for installation charges cleared on 5.9.2009 the installation not done till now(14.10.2009 i.e. 45 days) even after repeated request to Relaince local people(Coibatore) and Customer care.. Now i decided to go for another service

Reliance Broadband — Not Received the product
I am not happy with the services promised by Reliance Data Card.On Friday afternoon I made the online payment for the New Data Card Connection and executive confirmed that I will be getting the same by Saturday between 10 to 2 PM.
Till today Sunday 13th April 2009 1:40 PM I hadn’t got any response from your concerned department.
However whenever I was trying to track the inventory of my card, executives are saying they are submitting the request to concerned department and still no calls received.
This makes me and my sit at home because we are afraid that executive can come at time.
I don’t think so that quality of service assurance Reliance is known for.
