[Resolved] Reliance Communications — wrong deduction of VAS charges | |||
My Reliance GSM Mobile Number is [protected]. Even after de-activation of VAS24 pack in sept 2012, reliance is deducting Rs.24 every month as auto renewal which usually gets refunded on complaint. But this time, when the amt got deducted (on[protected], i got the sms that the 'wrongly charged amt has been credited to my a/c'. However, no amt was received. On further complaint, no response has been received and i m getting only automated answers that 'your request has been processed' and ' VAS service has been de-activated as per your request'. Plz help me (i) get the refund of the amt and help me and (ii) stop deducting charges for VAS pack de-activated 6 months back Also, help me to get compensation of Rs.5000 for mental agony and wastage of my valuable time. -Neeraj Negi [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
