According to your website there was showing old plan of 74/-(180 days validity, R-R 10Ps/min. etc.) at the time of recharge(16 Jan 2013). I have already sent you the proof(Screenshot of the website) of this. I have discussed with your team lot of times. But not get any positive answer. What is this system..? Its around half month gone. Who are responsible for my expensive my call rates for this duration. I just want to ask question from you. Are you really taking my problem seriously or really want to resolve or should i need to take another action..???.
