Reliance Data Card — Can't get bill | |
sir, My mobile no. is [protected], from april 2008 .This net connection under the 1GB free plan.This is to draw your attention that i am not getting my bill from last 14 days. I have talked to ur representative in Reliance Centre at Atta-Noida, to provide me billing, but each time they refused to provide the required information. So I request u to please enquiry into the concerned matter & provide me the billing with GB usage otherwise it will lead to customer dissatisfaction.It has caused a great inconvenience to me. I request that my bill should be dispatched to address S-19 sector 11 Noida, as early as possible.Plz do the needful at the earliest so as to increase the faith of customer in ur services. my data card no is...[protected]...when i talk to castumer care no...*355...[protected]...but it hve no response to my query...when i entered...my data card no...always says u r data card no is wrong...i am so sad...because i hve no information my billing...or my plan...how i can see my billing information and my plan...plz do someting...my bill not reached my home...

I have lost the bill for june and on confirmation(A/c No) from Reliance Communcation-Hari Nagar, I made the cheque for Rs 767/- on 11/7/09(Cheque No-591679 ICICI/Green Park ).
Today I found (13/7/09) that connection is closed.
Please check the same and connect the same immediately

I have not recieved our reliance card number [protected] bill from last 3 months. Every month i am going to sector 15th customer care Faridabad for bill amount and complained every month but no action till now and I will unable to pay the bill ontime and you have disconnect the connection without our mistake.
Pleas solve my problem because I am working lady and nobody at home to care all these things.
