Reliance Data Card — not connected data card | |||
Hi , I really got frustrated with reliance netconnect broadband + connection. For abt a week , high speed connectivity is not being provided by reliance & customer care also not listening to my problem.I sent them written communiction but every time they told me to check my system or reinstall the software etc. I purchased the Data Card (ZTE AC 2736) on 22th febuary,2011 at Kolkata My MDN Number is : [protected] when purchase data card I unable to connect my device in Broadband + & hybrid mode.Every time when I call to the customer care they told me that "There is temporary congestion from where you are using your modem".Please wait for few days,soon it will be solved.I called to the customer care almost 5 times.But a friend of mine at that same time using his Net connect device in Broadband + mode. Being fade up I am complaining against this fraudalent service. I am really unsatisfied with the attention you guys pay to your costumer concerns or complaints. Please let me know by which date this issue will be resolved otherwise I will have to withdraw my netconnect connection immediately Please don't spoil your brand name.
