[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — AC remote not supplied

Dear Sir,

I had bought a 1.5 ton Voltas window AC on 4th april 2012. when the same was delievered, it was without remote
& user manual. After contacting with store, they supplied a remote. when support engineer visited my home
for installation, we came to know that the supplied remote is not compatible with AC.
Despite contacting several times, your store didn't responded.
