he reliance ResQ service is awful, ineffective, unfriendly and utterly un-professional. I also rue that I have bought AC's from them - more on top I had bought ResQ plan for the 2nd year believing that as a company Reliance would provide me worry free home appliance service. One of the AC's I have bought, Panasonic CUBE was not coolling - during the first complaint they sent a junior technician (Gautam) who filled up the collant saying it has been rectified. After a week it again stopped colling, when I called up and also complained to the Axis Mall store manager, ResQ sent a senior technician (Mr. Bax) who came over and said that the Panasonic Indoor unit was defective and would be replaced by Reliance. They even put that in the call report but almost 10 days have passed - even after calling and following them up, nobody has turned up to replace the AC.
Mr. Mukesh Ambani - take a look - youe retail venture will turn to tatters if you do not take corrective action and change the company to be at least customer resposive - forget being friendly or creating loyalty.
