I bought a GE COrdless phone during 18/06/09 from Reliance Digital on Cunningham Road Bangalore.For the last one month, I am running around to get sevice done from Reliance RESQ in Bangalore.
They have been committing wrong information, GE ( the great Big Company) not responding so on and so on...Also Reliance RESQ Malleshwaram, Bangalore line[protected] is barred from incoming calls (The great Reliance Commincations is telecom operator)... at least on 18th and 19th (till 1145 am when I am writing this). So I feel extremely bad about this service and there is no gurantee/confidence that these guys are going to resolve this issue.
So pathetic, suggest not to buy any digital product from these stores. Was this information helpful? |
GE, Cordless Phone — Phone not working at all.
I have purchase a Cordless Phone of GE make from Reliance Digital's Shipra Mall store in Indrapuram Ghaiabad, on 12th Aug.09. While purchasing phone the sales person highly recommended it as a value for money and from a reputed company. Hesitently i bought the same and while confirming about the trial before billing as I reside in Delhi for assurance, he reassured me that all pieces are individually checked before displaying at store. On his assurance we bought the phone. But shockingly after charging it battery for overnight for around 14hrs as usually initially its needed with almost every phone( although surprisingly phone mannual was only in European languages instesd of English or Hindi) it went blank the moment we picked handset from base unit after recharging sufficiently. When i went to store today for its complaint i was shocked to know that the store manager and the senior person incharge for comlaint have not reported for duty till 12 pm and when the available person contacted them on mobile both said that they shall be available at store after one hour or so. When I asked him for replacement for a better quality phone even i have to spend some more money, he showed his inability for anything else but leaving the instrument and wait for the company reply which he said will take another week time. If the sales person would have tested the instrument at the time of delivery as asked for, it would have saved me all this inconvenience.
