we had been to this reliance digital store in Nashik, Maharshtra on[protected] in the city centre mall which is very recently inaugrated. In one particular section of the store there is one metal cover on the floor, which is maybe used for covering concealed wiring or something of the sort.
this cover is so elevated that my wife tripped over the same. to make matters worse she was in her hands holding our baby daughter aged 9 months.whilst falling down she made every effort to save our baby & was lucky enough to be sucessful.
but due to this my baby got scared & started crying which lasted for a couple of hours.Also my wife's leg got twisted & had to be taken to the physician. which was a dfferent ordeal.
when at that time we raised our concern to the store staff & demanded for a complaint book the store manager was very inconsiderate & said that he would get it rectified, to our surprise he did not even apologise for the event.
he send shivers thru my spine thinking of what could have happened to my baby if we werent lucky enough.

Yesterday eveining i went to shop & i asked who is your incharge or boss i want to speake to him . No one was ready to answer then one of the sales / ResQ person "They arrogantly replied Mukesh Ambani". I said i want to speake to the person call him or connect him. They were speach less like dumbs. Finally they did not allowed me to speake to any concerned person.
Then I asked them i want to register complaint . The so called store manager proudly replied they do not have process of regitering the consumers complaints. If any one wants he can write in a 100 pgs book kept there. I registered the complaint & asked them for acknoledgment. The store manager, the sales persons started saying they do not have authority to give any acknowledgement & it is also not in there process.Me & my father were requesting them to give me axerox of the complaint & a sign atleast which was also not taken care . After a long verbal exchanges, verbally the so called store manager ( Deepak/Sandeep/ ...) said that he has spoken to seniors and arranged the amount for refund which will be delivered to my credit card next day Till 4.30 pm on 26/10/2009 i have not yet received the amount. Now i have a feeling they all are cheats.
During this 2-2.5 hrs in the shop i saw atleast 5-6 more customers facing similar type of problems.
They also felt cheated & disgusted.
I will not beg for help because i know they do not have process to help the consumers & register their complaints.
