[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — digital Tv activation

I have purchased a Digital TV connection 15 days back, on 17th of this month a person has come down to install digital setup, he has given me a Cust id:[protected]. Its been 24 hours that he has set the connection, but still my connection is not activated. I cant contact the customer care as there are only two options, either new customer or Old customer, i don't belong to new customer as i have already purchased the connection. I'm even not an Old customer as my connection is still not activated. Kindly treat this urgent and do the necessary.
