This is Saurabh Jain from Indore (M.P.). I went to Reliance Digital Store located in Treasure Mall in Indore to buy a new WhirlPool icemagic 190L refrigerator at 10th may 2014 (last Sunday). I needed to buy this product with 3 month easy EMI from my HDFC Credit Card. I discussed this many times to your executive about this and he explained me all related information like EMI amount, extr charge etc, but when I given my CC to him, he deducted all amount of Rs: 15290.01/- and not converted it into EMI. This was a big blunder.
Now when I requested him to cancel this transaction, then they all were doing irritate me and told that you will have to convert this transaction as an EMI from your side by contacting HDFC bank. This is a totally rubbish. Since as you know that bank apply very high charges when you try convert your amount to EMI.
After multiple unacceptable conversations they cancelled my transaction. Now problem is that, due to your improper and very bad service, my amount is now blocked for 21 days, and I can not buy my product neither from yourself nor from others, Now what should I do? Your shop executives told me that my amount will be return after 2 days anyhow but bank says it will take at least 21 days.
Now how could I again think to suggest or purchase anything from you ?
