Reliance Digital - Kent Grand — KENT RO - After sales service is pathetic | |||
I bought KENT GRAND RO from Reliance Digital 7 months back. My KENT is not working now, Reliance Digital customer service and service center attitude is bad. They do not respond to customer complaints even after chasing them every day. They do not provide ETA to repair the macine or replace the machine. KENT has bad after sales service.
