When i spoke with the customer desk, they tell me, the box is open, it's not in resaleable condition so we cannot take it back
1) When i bought the product, the box was already open. the sales man told me this is the only piece in the shop.
2) How does Reliance expect me NOT to be satisfied with a product if i don't open the box? Am i supposed to be unsatisfied with the packaging?
Now they refuse to issue me a credit note, even though i am ready to take some other product in exchange.
