Frustration with the level of service that Reliance Digital ECIL Hyderabad is ready with. They have poor servicemen who are not trained to address the issue but to simply mess it up further.
POOR SERVICE with unskilled / low skilled technicians who messed up the unit.
- Complaint registered for HITACHI SPLIT AC 1.5 Ton 5 Star on 7th June 2010.
- Bought on April 12th, 2010.
- Installed on <poor installation> 15th April, 2010.
- Worked until May 3rd, 2010.
- Stopped working since then.
- Tried to power on June 7th, 2010 after not using since May 7th, 2010. Unit does not start.
- No response
-on 8th June, 2010. Wasted more than 70 rupees on just phone calls to[protected] alone.
- Wasted more than 2 days waiting for and calling the service.
- Unskilled technicians were sent for just to diagnose the issue on June 9th, 2010.
- They removed the PCB, were decided to take it for repair.
- They changed their mind and were advised to fix it back without repair. They did so.
- Meanwhile the unit was for sure left messed up as nothing has happened in terms of progress.
- Reliance Digital looks like closed the complaint. They ignored it.
- June 10th, 2010, -- No response from the Reliance Digital - ECIL hyderabad.
- No regard to customer trouble.
- HITACHI Split AC is miserable. Does not even work for full 2 months!!
- No one is out there to turn to.
- Reliance Digital sleeps electronically now... Forgot the whole episode by archiving all the issues and stayed ignorant of the complaint.
- Who is there please ? Is someone out there at all?
This is just a an endless expedition get the Reliance Digital service from this most useless and unreliable location- Reliance Digital ECIL, Hyderabad -62
