[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — Not showing Channels instead of payment | |||
Sir, i have activated 3 months platinum pack on 5th of october. I have already paid Rs 1125 to Reliance digital tv. From 21st october i am unable to see any channel. It shows you are not subscribed to the channel. Instead of subscribing it shows this error. I called almost 50 times to customer care on [protected], but they are telling it will be solved in 15 minutes but its not solved yet after 4 days also. I really fed up by their service. They are not at all serious about my issue. Sir please help me. I have already paid the amount to reliance digital tv otherwise I would have bought new dish tv connection of other company.
