[Resolved]  Reliance DTH — misguiding for installation

Dear Sir,
I am V.V.R.Prasad and I am an employee in SBI.An employee from APPCO Group India named Mallikarjuna Reddy came to our office and explained us about the Dth service that they are providing from Reliance.He told us many offers like they will play a movie which is released on that day on request of subscriber,one year free after installation,all channels will come for just Rs 146/- per month,etc., I did not see the offers in detail on the pamplet as I am in office and paid him Rs 1490/- on spot.He also told me with in a week time they will install and he left.Later I saw the offers on the given sheet and there are no such offers.I telephoned him to enquire about this type of offer.He did not lift the phone.On the fourth day I guess,I called him again.He did not answer the phone call.I called him from different number.Some other person lifted the phone.I explained him the matter and talked to him seriously for which he replied he is sending a team for installation.They immediately came for installation.Before installing I asked them about the offers.They told us all the offers,which were not matching with the offers that Mallikarjuna Reddy explained me.We cancelled the installation due to that and thought of asking money back by calling him.He did not answer the call again for which I thought of giving complaint in the consumer forum.Mallikarjuna Reddy's phone number is [protected]
