I am Booked DTH connection on 31/03/2013. but not Install Dth up to one month .after some day i am cancel the DTH connetion order. booking proof doc is attached this mail. my money not reached the our account. iam cancel the order on last 2 months still pending the money transfer.plz send the money as soon as possible.

Reliance DTH — Invalid Recharge Card
Reliance DTH services are pathetic.We have brought a recharge card of Rs.200 from a retailer which was invalid.
Now, the retailer named Chidakash Electrical and Electronic(Sales and Services) located at Patwardhan Baug,Pune and Reliance are playing the blame game and putting blame on each other.
What should we do?
Kindly assist...
