[Resolved] Reliance DTH — Problem not solved even after 3 months of filing complaint | |||
Problem was regarding poor signal and Problem started from 24th september, but initially complaint was not filed. First complaint was filed on 21st october and after then this process of filling complaints started till date. They just said that "we are sendinig our technical person t o you". But it is almost 3 months and no one has reached our home .We spend our most of time talking to different speakers from customer care . We tried calling you but unable to get through as per confirmation received from the concern team this is to inform you that as you lives in remote area where our network connectivity is less we are trying our best in increasing the same.
