[Resolved] Reliance DTH — Set Top box complaint | |||
OUR SMART CARD NUMBER IS[protected]. The set to was automatically switching off, so complained to CC on 7th March 2012. After calling many times they changed the box by paying Rs500.But the changed box had the problem of hanging.I contacted them around 20 times to change the box.But the stupid Reliance have not ready to solve the problem.I am suffering last 5 months. I am Bhushan Gothankar, from Maharashtra. I have use Reliance DTH I have paid Rs. 1500 yearly subscription. But from last 2 month almost 80% channels we're not seen. And today Error 400 seen, service error. Now I am asking them to refund my money but today there customer care no. Are unavailable. Please Help me

Setup box was not working,
Nop one attended the complaint and the complaint case was closed.
I spoke with customer care again today(16-Aug-12). and asked them to escalate. How come the request closed with out attending the issue.
lety us see how it goes.
TV is npt working since 15 days.
