[Resolved] Reliance Fresh Ambala City — non availability of debit card payment | |||
I went to Reliance Fresh outlet at Ambala City on 25 Mar 2012. When I went to the billing counter, the attendant informed that he would accept only Credit Card payment and not by Debit Card. when i asked the reason, he stated that the risk in Debit Card payment was mine? No notice regarding the system was displayed in the shopping outlet. On an earlier occasion also card payment was not being accepted. This puts the customers to great inconvenience, specially in the absence of well displayed notices. in addition the behaviour of the staff is not at all courteous. They continue to receive and make calls on their mobiles while the hapless customer continues to wait in the queue for his turn. A very unprofessional method indeed. Our neighbourhood Kirana Shop gives better experience any day that too at much better prices. I would recommend people to stay away from Reliance Fresh outlets.
