Hello dear sir/madam, i m from yamunanagar (haryana), i have a complaint regarding bad visit at your store today i visit at reliance smart point (yamunanagar) near nehru park model town for buying some grocery items for home but it was really a bad experience please tell me onething why im going to a smart point or any other grocery store ? i want to buy a good quantity of grocery items
Every time your staff member (team leader) comes there and says that you cannot take more than 4 mails have come from above, I asked if the mail has come, then refused to say anything, asking for their name and a number. Clearly refused to share that I will not tell I ask if he got any mail from above then I agree with him but why is he afraid to share his ID card number with me...if I get 1 or 2 If I want to take the item, I can also take it from the shop near my house, what was the need for me to come to the special Reliance Smart Point, that's why I come there for the whole month's grocery at the same time but when I come there even 1 to 2 quantity I had to pick up the goods so what's the point of me coming there... it's really bad name of your staff member (TL) - Ankush"" behavior is not good I think they don't know how to deal with customer refused to tell id no... i am not happy with your services so i have to request you please do something for my issue d staff member ankush to customer learn to talk it is my right to know about his name or id to register complaint or any issue please take some action
