[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — miss behaviour by security gaurd and supervisior

hi i m from mohali.i want to complaint against the security gaurd and supervisior of reliance fresh phase 5, sco 8, mohali punjab.the date of this bad incident is 08/nov/2009 and time is 06.56 pm.and i bought the things of arround 1057 bucks.the receipt no is c1004 #0151 18:50:14 8 nov 2009 for 766 rupee and another receipt is c4690 #0180 18:56:54 8 nov 2009 for rupee 294.97.they miss behave with us they dont know how to talk with customers.they bahave as they appear to be "GUNDAS".I THINK ITS A GOOD COMPANY AND I HOPE THAT U WILL DEFINATLY TAKE ACTION.ANOTHER PROBLEM IS THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE SCANNER TO SCAN THE BAR CODE OF VEGITABLES ON ONE COUNTER SO AFTER WAITING FOR OUR TURN THEY TOLD US THAT GO TO ANOTHER COUNTER.ITS VERY ANNOYING.and that is the reason why we have 2 bills and we have to stand in another queue.U PROVIDE THESE KIND OF SERVICES TO NRI, S.THIS IS REDICULUS.I WILL NEVER GO TO RELIANCE FRESH AGAIN.THIS IS A VERY BAD EXPEREINCE FOR ME.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE O[censored]R EMPLOYEES TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.THAT'S ALL .BIG PEOPLE BIG GAME AND THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER.GOOD BYE AND HAVE A NICE DAY.
