Reliance Fresh — Poor Customer Service, Breach of trust | |
Its been more than about more than 18 months that we are purchasing all our monthly ration from Relience Fresh, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi with an average bill of about Rs 3500 every month which means till now have given a business of about 60K and now have been forced to withdraw the business because of the false promises and the attitude of the employees of Relience Fresh. As per Relience Fresh in few occassions they intoduce few offers like if you make purchases of above Rs 1000 you would get a assured gift which was introduced in the month of Sep'09 as well and for which our total spending was about Rs 3000 and was promised a gift for which till now have visited the store for more than 20 times but every time a new date is given promise is made that we would call you as soon as we receive the gifts for which we are still waiting. We were also provided with the contact number of one of the Senior person handling 14 stores od Relience Fresh in Delhi named MR.C.B JAIN. who did nothing except of showing the attitude of him being in this position. Have waited for the response and the gift for 3 months dont for how long do we still have to wait. Was this information helpful? | |

Billing wrongly and short changing all the time. All stores should be closed for cheating th public.Owners should be ashamed of themselves if they every visit the stores
