[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — wrong billing at Reliance Fresh | |
On 23rd January 2010, on a purchase of Rs.483 at Reliance fresh, Kunnamkulam, Kerala, they charged Rs.4830 on my Visa Credit card. On pointing out the mistake, they assured me the refund through their head office to my bank account. Till date the amount is not credited to my account.What should I do now. On 23rd January 2010 I had made some purchases from Reliance Fresh at Kunnamkulam, Kerala for Rs.483/-. At the cash counter where I used my Credit Card(Visa), they debited Rs.4830/- instead of Rs.483/-. I pointed out the mistake immediately to the branch Manager and he told me that the excess amount charged will be credited to my bank account. Till date I have not received the amount.I request the authorities to take necessary action at the earliest.

today i was purchasing sum of rs.637.22.at reliancefresh at devi saradhatheatrein salem. I was taken deleivary from shop.but iwas check in the house one things is not in the bag.soyour staffwas inculded in the bill of rs.25.00 -10.00.in the bill
