[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Favouritism & Misbehavior by the Staff

i am a regular visitor of Reliance Fresh, Sector 22, Chandigarh. i went there for shopping on Sat 13th March, 2010. i was in line for getting my bill. only one counter was working at that time. the girl at the counter named, Shalu Agnihotri, did not attend me, instead she got busy in billing of some1 else who was not present at the counter but they hav kept their bucket with a few (3-4) packets in it. when i interupted, she said tht the Lady has asked Shalu that she is coming in sometime and has gone for rest of her shopping in the store. the couple later on came with 3 more baskets full of groceries and so took abt 45 min. wen we interupted that y the line has not been mantained, they stated fighting wth us that we were presnt in the line, even wen they were not. the girl at the sounter was showing her favour for that couple dont know y? and did not accept my groceries on the counter. and later on said that u have insulted me in front of all the customers. instead she insulted me n my mother by misbehaving wth us and favouring that couple and they were laughing at us together. they were shouting at us that we should have not interfered in Shalu's work as she knows what to do.
is this the way Reliance Fresh works? if favouritism is to be done then y they ask ppl like us to come in lines for billing? are the lines only for ppl like me? and others are favoured that they can keep one basket in line and go for rest of their shopping and can return anytime ahead of any1 as THEIR BASKET IS PRESNT IN THE LINE BUT NOT THEM.
