hI I A M SUMIT GOYAL DOING JOB IN COMPANY ONE OF MY BAD DAY WHEN I AM GOING TO RELIANCE FRESH SECTOR 22B CHANDIGARH TO BUY A WESTON DVD PLAYER. I AM HAPPY THAT TIME WHEN I BUY IT. BUT THIS HAPPINESS IS ONLY FOR FEW DAYS BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW HOW THE REMOTE OF THAT DVD WAS NON-WORKABLE. I MADE A VISIT THEIR WITH A REMOTE BUT THEY SAID THEY HAVE ONLY SALES OFFICE AND NOT A SERVICE CENTER THAT TIME THEY SAID THAT DVD PLAYER IS NOT IN OUR STOCK WHEN IT COME WE REPLACE IT. I AM ALSO MADE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT IN COMPLAINT REGISTER BUT THAT REGISTER IS ONLY FOR FORMAILITY. IT HAS NO SERIOL NUMBER AND NOT ANY PAGES NUMBER. SO I HAVEN'T ANY RECORD OF THAT COMPLAINT. AFTER 15 DAYS I AM AGAIN GOING THEIR WHEN I COME TO KNOW THAT DVD AGAIN IN STOCK. I AM GOING THEIR FOR REPLACE THAT REMOTE BUT THEY REFUSE AND SAID CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE OF THE COMPANY TO REPAIR THAT. I AM SURPRISE THAT IF THEY SAID ME THAT WORDS ON THAT TIME WHEN I COME FIRST TIME IN THEIR SHOP, PERHAPS TODAY MY REMOTE WAS WITH ME IN WORKABLE CONDITION. HOW POOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHY THEY SOLD A THINGS WHEN THEY DIDNOT REPAIR THAT OR REPLACE. YES I AGREE IT HAPPENS GENERALLY WITH CUSTOMERS, MANY BIG COMPANIES DONT BOTHER ABOUT CONSUMER SATISFACTION AND ONLY SEE THEIR PROFITS, IT HAPPENS TO ME SEVERAL TIME ALSO AND RECENTLY I HAD BOUGHT ONE GODREJ AC FROM SATLEJ ENTERPRISES, SECTOR 35 CHANDIGARH.ONLY JUST DAYS BEFORE COMPLETING 3 YEARS IT DISFUNCTIONED, AND I WAS VERY MUCH HARASSED BY THE ABOVE COMPANY EVEN AFTER FORMAL COMPLAINTS.
