Reliance Fresh — Reliance Fresh permanent card not issued

I have been an active customer of Reliance Fresh for the past 2 years. Despite of many requests made to the cutomer care desk, the permanent card for [protected] has not been issued. Please do the needful.

my temporary card no is [protected], no permanant card received till yet kindly look inti the matter.
Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to bring your kind notice that i am an active member of reliance fresh store in Paschim Vihar Ext. The fact of the matter is that i have not recieved my reliance fresh card despite having an average shopping amount of Rs 1500/- every month .I have tried telling your executives about it, but it did not materialise.
My Card no: [protected], kindly provide my permanent card.
kindly look into it and at the earliest.
