[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Complaint against reliance fresh

Hi Reliance Fresh Customer Care,

I am working in one of the leading MNC and I like to bring your kind notice that reputed organization like Reliance Fresh is surprising to find that there is worthless and non-cooperative attending staff in your Store at Madipakkam, Chennai (Tamil Nadu). When I was in search of many items and there was neither supervisory staff nor the sales boys to cleaner my query. I reached a girl who is billing for the products (that I was in search an item can you help me in finding it) she just told me to search somewhere in the first row in the store, when I search there I couldn’t find that item, when I return to her ask it again, her answer useless.

I found an item which was below the "Offer Tagged Sheet", and when I preferred it and took it to the counter, the girl in the billing counter told me that, the item was not under that category (but can you please answer to my question, Is this the way to arrange items in a departmental store making confusions and insult to a customer). And some arrangements give a similarity of a waste in dustbins.

After billing my items in the counter when I came to the security section and ask for a compliant note book, that boy pretended as tough he don’t know Tamil/English and asked me to go and get it from the girl who is billing the items, when I ask that girl she asked me to go to security place and get it (and do answer me for this question, Is this the way to make a customer roam like this, who is volunteering to write in your feedback book). I was just roaming in the store in search of the complaint book. Further there was no supervisory staff and the sales boys where not even bothered to help anyone in purchases for which they have come. I hope proper and needy solution to this will be taken by the concerned person and please do answer me to my questions.

1. Why there are no proper planogram arrangements (arrangements of items in shelf) in Store? (Wherever you find a place, you should not insert items and there is a way to arrange it).
2. Why there is no supervisory staff in your Store?
3. Why there is no board mentioning the departments on the ceiling (like food items, crockery items, etc.)?
4. If you miss to hang a board also, then why don’t the sales girls/boys in store don’t know what/where items are there in the store?
5. In a Reliance Fresh which is one of the Big Departmetal Stores in a city, why there is no proper air circulation (it was sweating inside your store - you must had switched on your Air Conditioner nor placed lot of ventilations) ?

Reliance Fresh — Not billing Properly

On date 01/08/2011 I have purchased the RS Pure Honey 125G the print rate is 34 and they charged 44Rs in a Bill when i called him for complaint they not reponed properly.
