Purchased Frozen Potato 2 packets from reliance fresh dhab khatika amritsar branch on 16/09/2012, 17th evening, we fried but quality of food was not at all good and foul smell from potato pieces, 1 hal[censored]sed packet and 1 sealed packet I returned to reliance branch on 23/09/2012 .
They asked for bill but I did not keep bill, as buying goods from reliance for the last 5 years and this was the first time, I experienced bad quality, I gave my contact number, debit card number through which purchase was made, reliance membership card number and date of purchase.
I was assured by staff that I will be called upon but didnot receive any call for one week and again visited store on 30th Sept, Sunday to confim status but after waiting for 10 minutes Mr Deepak incharge came and told in absence of bill, replacement can be in terms of frozen foods only, Being old customer, at-least some courtesy must be there, even after giving card numbers, date of purchase, I didnot get response.
I donot want to buy frozen foods in replacement and you must replace all such stock as can cause bad health to customers,
Need solution on priority as in replacement, I donot want to buy frozen foods, will buy some other consumable.
