[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Behaviour

Missbehaviour of Mr Ramesh SIngh on 6th of August at 8.pm During my visit.
Dear Sir pls look in to the matter as i am a regular custmer of you store.My card no is.[protected]. i have no words to write the complain,,but you can understand that your employee
has given me threat taht he will see me out side.
problem was only that i had not taken the toffe insted of .50.ps,,is it my fault??

Greetings,

On 30th March 2013, I bought groceries from Reliance Fresh (Porur/Chennai) for Rs. 535.03 and I used my ICICI debit card to pay the bill however the cashier swipe my card twice first time it was on their Monitor right hand side & on the second time it was on the ATM Machine . After that swipe I got two messages from my Bank stating I made a purchase... This was informed immediately to the cashier and showed the messages from the bank.She asked me to contact the manager. Manager informed that they have to check the day closing statements and need one day time to check the statements. Next day when I went there manager asked me to check with VIJAYA, a lady employee. Without checking anything she told me" if you have any disputes bring your bank statement". Immediately I bring the bank statement to prove that I've paid even if I showed the messages from bank. She told that she has to send it to corporate office. I asked for any contact number, so that I can follow up the case. She didn't even respond to that first. After repeated request she gave me a number. Also I asked her to copy me on the mail. She didn't even show the patience to get the email address correctly. She was very rude on her behavior and she was not even ready to listen anything. I feel extremely ashamed not because we loose the money, because of the rude behavior of the employees. I wish to forward this to reliance fresh higher management.
