[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Double Swipe | |||
On 25th June 2011, I bought groceries item from Reliance Fresh for Rs. 310.65 and I used my credit card to pay the bill however the cashier swipe my card twice first time it was on the ATM Machine & on the second time it was on the their Monitor right hand side. After that swipe I got two messages from my Bank stating I made a purchase..... This was informed immediately to the cashier he said it should not be kindly check with your bank. I waited for more 3 days to get reflect in my account and it got reflected, again this was informed to the cashier and also the Manager. They informed that they will consult this with their Branch Accountant Mr. Ram and will get back to me and this procedure will take around 15 days. Now after 15 days whenever I visit the Branch they keep telling me to wait for another 15 days. The purchase was made on 25th June and today it is 25 Aug. This issue is past 2 month and I don't know what is next step that I should take to get this thing resolved. I am very upset with the administration process by one of the largest reatail chain Management companies in India. Need assistance by some one to know what would be my next step.
