I am a regular customer of reliance fresh. I with my family regularly visit reliance fresh in Ranchi (Bahu Bazar, Morabadi, Lalpur). Today on 26 Sep 2012 I with my friend and family went to Kanke Road Ranchi reliance fresh at 1945 hrs. At the billing counter staff misbehaved with me and my family. I reported this matter to Asst Sales Manager Mr Pankaj Kumar Singh who stated that go and complaint anyone and anywhere. Then after security incharge came. The matter was informed to him. He many times went to Mr Pankaj but he refuses to come. We came back without purchasing. This type of behavior from staff of reliance fresh is unacceptable. I and my family have started thinking of alternative to reliance fresh as we are not going to reliance fresh in future. Also my friend have suggested to file a complaint in police about this and to disclose this matter to mass media but I myself is not going to take any step till 28 Sep 2012 and wait for the reliance fresh action.
