Mrs. Priti here. I want to lodge a complaint agnst customer care executives of Reliance Fresh at Vikhroli (east). When I went to the shop to return the things of total value is of Rs.100/- and wanted to shop for other things, one exe told to come next time with all returnable things because 1 pkt I forgot to bring. After 2 days when I visited for the same purpose, another exe. denied to change the articles saying it not the policy to change 3-4 items. As it is not written on the receipt anywhere that they will not accept the thinngs more than 3-4. I showed him those points but it is in vain.
So I want to know that is your staff has their own thinking of rules and regulations or what? Is that so, then you are misguiding your precious customers.
