Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of Model Town Phase 3 Delhi. On[protected], I along with my aunt went to a Relaince Fresh Outlet for shopping of some household items. We purchased a pack of 10 Kg. of Rice form the shop and returned to our place. On unpacking of the packet we found that the rice were of bad quality not confirming to the description of the product.
At the same time we went back to the shop and asked for the change of the product as it was mentioned on the bill that the item purchased can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Accordingly, we intimated the cashier that we want to replace the packet and after his accord we picked another packet of rice. Then, we went to the cashier to replace the previously purchased bag and requested him to issue necessary document to enable us to take the replaced bag out of the shop.
However, now this cashier not only contradicted to his earlier statement but also abused us in bad words.He behaved in a totally uncivilized manner. He did not even feel ashamed of abusing women customer in front of his colleagues and other customers present at the shop. He even tried to hurt us physically. Other staff also joined him and confronted us.
Finally a senior fellow come out from the office and take notice of our plight. The matter get resolvd as soon as a civilised person get involved. Our product was changed and our request thus accepted.
However, the above episode had given both o[censored]s a traumatic experience and we wish such incidence do not occur in future with any other customer. We want that a serious action should be taken against the misbehaving cashier. His name is Mr. Lalit. We want to use this platform to kindly forward our case to someone who is a relevant authority to take an appropriate action against the uncivilised, misbehaving Cashier.
