I PURCHASE SEALING FAN OF BRAND NAME USHA STELLA. IT WAS ON WARRANTY PERIOD. WHEN THE FAN STOPS RUNNING. I DEPOSIT IT ON THE SAME STORE ON 13TH AUGUST 2011. THE STORES MANAGER ASSURED THAT IT WILL BE OK WITHIN TWO DAYS, WHEN I WENT ON 16TH, HE ANSWER THAT WE HAVE SUBMITTED IT TO THE CONCERN COMPANY FOR REPAIRING & WAIT FOR TWO DAYS. I CAME BACK & AGAIN I WENT THERE AFTER TWO DAYS THE REPLY WAS SAME. WHEN I WENT THERE AFTER TWO DAYS BOTH THE MANAGERS WERE NOT THERE, I MADE A PHONE CALL TO HIM BUT THE ANSWER WAS SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAT WE ARE OUTSIDE THE CITY & INFORM YOU WITHIN 10MIN. I DIDN'T GET ANY PHONE CALL FROM THERE SIDE. WHEN I CALL HIM ON 5TH OF SEP. HE ANSWER ME HOW WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME & THE MANUFACTURER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT. AND HE ASSURED ME THAT WAIT FOR 10MIN. I WILL INFORM YOU. BUT I DID NOT GET ANY CALL FROM HIM. I DIDN'T GET THAT IS IT MY FAULT TO PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM SAME STORE ? Was this information helpful? |
