We bought apples from Shahibaug- Reliance fresh - Ahmedabad yesterday for Rs. 99 per kg and the apples were wax coated. Many Retail Outlets are Selling Wax Coated Red Delicious Apples in Bangalore, These are very Harmful as they are Coated with Wax. This has very Harmful effects on Human body. Why is the Karnataka Government not looking into this? We pay more than Rs 130 per Kg and End up Consuming Wax Coated Apples. Kindly request the Concerned Health Authority or BBMP to Conduct Checks on the Quality of these Apples.
