Reliance General Insurance — not getting policy after online payment | |
dear sir/madam i am ashok kumar i had a car insurance from reliance general my policy no was [protected] i renewed this policy online on 21/01/10 already an amount of Rs 5520 was deducted from my a/c the details of transaction are following transaction ID : w[protected] bank reference no :IG15940132 but after transaction i did not got any acknoledgement from company i contected to their call center and also i wrote an email to the company in this regard but they are saying if money is deducted then i will get the policy by curier with in 10 days but till now i could not got any thing by post. the call center operator are saying that they can not trace online transaction. plese help me regards, ashok Was this information helpful? | |
