[Resolved]  Reliance General Insurance — INSURANCE PAPER NON DELIVERY

With deep disappointment i woish to say that i have tken a Policy for
vehicle insurance from Mr Pradeep Singh Phone number [protected] from
NOIDA uttar Pradesh circle

It has been four months since then my policy paper has not arrived. I

Myself Bhadreshbhai B. Sheth from ahmedabad.
I have taken a Car insurance from Reliance General Insurance co.
from ahmedabad.
D.O Dhananjaybhai has not help me toward my cash less claim and not yet helped me for damamges parts claims.
I have fully paid 6, 692.00 Rs. Six Thousand Six hundred ninety two rupees.
For this amount please help me for my claim and solve other pending damage parts with this amount.

i got my car insured with your company vide cheque no. 672232 dated 24/07/09 through your agent Mr.KK mobile no.[protected]. i have not received my policy copy and you agent is absolutely good for nothing. kindly help me in getting my policy copy.

reliance is full of cheats from top to bottom, least bothered about providing services to the customer for which they have paid. your agents call up the customer only till he or she hands over the cheque, thereafter they don't care whether the customer has got the policy or not.one keeps calling and they just don't respond. my suggestion to one and all don't do business with reliance.

I register my Reliance General Insurance online, I choose family plan which cover my wife and small child, register dated 02-Nov-2009, and policy number is[protected], payment has made by credit card. Till date I have not get any kind of papers or cashless card at my registered home address. I have been contact with customer care (Refer customer complain id: 778749) till then but all efforts are vain. Now I feel helpless despite i spend almost 3000 for my family insurance cover.

Can anybody suggest what should I have to do for that.

With reference to the discussions held with you on phone regarding my Getz Car Insurance done by Mr. Birender Arya of M/s. ACE Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., B-17 Ashadeep Building, 9 Hailey Road, New Delhi -110001.
Actually, I had a SANTRO car originally purchased from the showroom in 2003 in my name and this santro was having Regn No. DL2CW5276 and was covered for a duration of 14.07.2008 to 13.07.2009 vide policy No. OG[protected]-[protected] and having a No Claim Bonus of 50% as I have never claimed any money from any insurance company since I purchased SANTRO in 2003. The car at the time of sale had just passed 6 months duration out of 1 year policy issued by Bajaj Alliance (This Bajaj Alliance insurance was also done by Mr. Birender from ACE Insurance Borkers). Whereas this Bajaj Alliance Policy was stopped on 24.03.2009 and a letter to stop this policy alongwith original policy was handed to Mr. Birender Arya (Agent from ACE Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd.) and was told to get the balance duration REFUNDED back to me. I kept following up with . Birender Arya (Agent from ACE Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd.) who deliberately passed the entire duration and never reverted back any information. Later 2 months back I when I called Mr. Birender Arya on his Mobile I was informed that Bajaj Alliance has refused to refund any money on balance duration. I told him to send me the details of the case, which he never handed over to me. This is the first cheating done by ACE Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd.
Secondly, it is more than one month when I came to know the Insurance done by ACE Insurance Brokers for my new GETZ car Insurance Cover Note No.[protected] issued from Reliance General Insurance is also in serious Trouble. (this insurance has been done by ACE).
A Cover Note for my New Brand GETZ car was issued and the car was covered with the Insurance of M/s. Reliance General Insurance declaring an IDV of Rs.3, 41, 050 on the cover note and accordingly a cheque of Rs.5433 was issued from PNB Green Park Branch on 26th March 2009. Almost 10 months later when this policy is again expiring on 23rd March 2010 I came to know that the Reliance General Insurance has booked this car for an IDV of Rs.2, 28, 000 in their books.
The matter was brought to the notice of Ms. Rubina, Branch Manager ACE Mr. Birender Arya, Sales Executive ACE and Ms. Shweta Employee of Ace Insurance brokers. They inturn informed to contact Mr. Samay Ranjan, Sales Executive, Reliance General Insurance and Mr. Rohit Branch Manager Reliance General Insurance. They matter was brought to the notice of Mr. Samay Ranjan and 100s of efforts were made to contact Mr. Rohit who never came on phone to explain how all this happened. Inspite of my repeated reminders on phone and thru E-mail they never solved the issue and kept saying that once this policy is over this will be solved by then.
Finally, when I sent an E-mail to the employees of ACE Ms. Rubina, Shweta and to the employees of Reliance Mr. Samay Ranjan. The Fact that Mr. Somya Ranjan and Mr. Rohit work for Reliance General Insurance was told to by employees of ACE Ms. Shweta. I told them in my email that I am taking up the matter with Consumer Forum. Receiving my email Ms. Rubina employee of ACE called me up and forced me for Vehicle inspection when the policy was very much in effect and sent an Executive called Mr. Devendra who called first from a Land Line No. 30913472 and then from his Mobile No. [protected] and visited me for Physical verification of my Getz Car and took photographs of my car and that too when my insurance is about to expire in another 30 days. Surprisingly, for the last seven years my vehicles remained under insurance cover and gained an incentive of 50% NCB, inspite of all this I was force for Vehicle verification which illegal and unjustified. Why verificiation at this stage.
All the big mess work has been played by ACE INSURANCE BROKERS who time and again assuring me edorsement of new policy with an effective IDV of Rs.3, 41, 050 by 24th March 2010 when my policy will expire.
Here, most important fact which I want you to note that no insurance company can insure my Getz Car in the absence of a right and a single IDV which I don’t have, as in my case my policy says 3, 41, 050 and records of Reliance books shows Rs.2, 28, 000.
I want you to note that if this policy expires it will loose its 50% No claim bonus also.
So, if this policy looses any effect it will be sole responsibility of ACE Insurance Brokers.
So in the interest of Justice and fair play please help me so that the ACE INSURANCE BROKERS are black listed from this trade and a best suitable penalty be slapped so that this thing never happens to any body around.
I have lost faith in private insurance companies only because of ACE INSURANCE BROKERS. To support what I am saying is TRUTH I have all conversation recordings in my phone and LAPTOP which SHWETA, RUBINA, BIRENDER AND MR. SOMAYA RANJAN had with me on my mobile which can be made available.
Please help me in taking a serious action against them inspite if I get my endorsement done.
