[Resolved]  Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. — Theft case claim pending since last 2 yrs.

My sefl Mr. Nayanjyoti Kalita my mother Mrs. Bina Kalita has been purchased a two wheeler on 2007 model- Discover-135 vide registration no- AS01/AF6642 and my vehicle has been theft on 20th Oct'2008 and I have already submitted all document as per instruction by insurance company at Guwahati office but still I am not getting any claim after submitting all required documents and neither I am getting any information from their end. Last month I have visted several times at guwahati office and meet Mr. Sovik Hore he told me that the case is close and will be reopen again, he kept my phone no. and asked me to will let you know later, but till today I am not getting any call, again today my financer has visited at their guwahati office, same thing had happned again Mr.Sovik Hore repeat the same word and I am surperising if for one claim they have taken 1-2 yrs then what will be the future of other customer cliam, I have also contact their customer care they have always given their kolkatta office number- [protected] contact person name -Mr.Sanjay Kumar Singh, but they are also not giving me any proper solution.
