[Resolved]  Reliance General Insurance — Non Receipt of Policy/Cover Note

Sir,

I have taken a renewal policy from Reliance General Company through their agent M/s B.S.Enterprises on 15.08.10 and made the necessary payment by cheque vide their receipt number 214 dt. 15.08.10. but regret to inform that till date neither have I received the policy not the cover note. I have spoken to Mr. Sridhar,Ms. Nikita & Ms. Sneha but of no use and also sent a mial in this regard. As of now they are avoiding the calls made to them. Hence I request the higher authorities to look into the matter and take necessary action against your agent M/s. B.S.Enterprises - plot no. 177, Vasavi Nagar, Kharkhana, Secunderabad. email bsenterprises.[protected]@yahoo.co.in.
