[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Card — negligence of the co to solve the problem

i have bought my reliance gsm card from the reliance franchise in bhandup west situated at station plazathe card was free and the franchise person have made first frc of rs 20/- and the tooked twenty rs from me i have taken three card for rs 60/- and there was a scheme on the card that i will get daily rupees ten to use for three months i.e rupees nine hundred and also free night plan to call any reliance phone for free timing was 11.00 pm to 6.00 am and i got the card on 22/01/2009 from the gallery and i contacted reliance customer care on 24/01/2009 and asked them that i am not geeting the offer they told me that u have to recharge with rupees fifty till 1.00pm otherwise u r not eligible for the offer than i left all my work. and refiled my all the three number with rs 50/- e recharge than again i contact the customer care they told u will get the offer in next 48 hours i waited till that than also i have not got the offer than i launched my first complian with the customer care fist of all my three no are as follows [protected]/[protected]/[protected] and the fist complain no was 86888764/86889016/86888461 respectively for the three number and they assured me that it will take 72 hours to resolve the problem but again that also passed away but nothing response was there from their side than i contacted the senior customer carew representative than he saw my status and told me that he is launching a new complain against the three number i.e this is my second complain and he gave me the second complain number 87362578/87363146/87363485 respective for the above mentioned number than they again took the time of 48 hours to solve my problem but again nothing happened they only assured me that ur eligible for the offer and the amount will be credited in ur account and u will enjoy the benefit of the offer but nothing so happened it was all fake.than i have contacted the nodal officer cabin his name is mr.vinit sharma he also looked at my status and told ur eligible for the offer and gave me in gift the third complain number for the three mobile number the third complain number are as follows87584559/87584565/87584566 and he also told that it will take another 72 hours to solve the problem but all the time i have to contact them but the co representative cant send any response through sms what happened about my first and second complain whose date has been expired to solve the problem. they only know to send the sms about the caller tune offer, ask ou pandit how will be ur day send sms for rs 6/- e.t.c e.t.c but they dont have the time to send me the resolution of my query through sms nor they have time to call us and contact us that sir wethere ur problem has been solved or not the feedbackup department of reliance communication is very very poor and hoorible. also when u call the customer care no u have to wait for ten to fifteen minutes to bein touch with them till that time lisent to their stupif offer regarding new handset and all why they are not expanding their customer care persons that is their call center representative in the day time thus they can also solve the problem o[censored]nemployment and a satisfy to their customer. at the same time i contacted to the gallery from where i bught my card he also gave me the case no. [protected]/[protected]/[protected] respectively for the above mentioned number get it that this is my fourth complain but nothing has been done.tell the m.d of reliance communication that we r living in the 21st century and not in 18th century
