Reliance GSM Card — Regarding Free Talk Time

Sir,
I wanted to complaint regarding GSM service of reliance. On 7th aug 09, i recieved a message from RM 56363 for free talk time of Rs.100 if i will give a answer to the given question, sms charges Rs. 3/sms. I had given answers for 17 questions with charge of Rs.51, but i didnt got that free talk time.
Hence, i had called up to reliance customer care, but they are saying that offer is not from Reliance but its from 56363. I tried to call up to 56363 but its not getting connected.
Now, i feel that reliance have started fooling business for the customers in which both money as well as time is getting wasted.
Hence i request you take some strict action against such offence so that any company should not try to fool their customers. My money & time got wasted due to their foolishness for which i need compensation from that company.
Hoping for the needful from yourside.

Reliance GSM Card — no response from the web world

sorry i m Ruchita again as i forgot to disclose my GSM card no.[protected]...it got damaged and webworld didnt respond at all..for all other details kindly check my previous complaint..
i hope you will solve the matter and take actions on such dealers selling all the cards beyond actual price...

Reliance GSM Card — no response from webworld for the complaint

i have reliance GSM card purchased on 7th of january actually it costs 25 rupees but the dealer took 45 rupees...though i have purchased it but by yesterday my simcard got damaged and
when i went to the webworld they are not giving any solution or response as i want the duplicate card istead of the damaged one.

i have purchased a gsm card on 28/01/2009. my number is [protected]. i have submitted my document s your vasai (West) web my ration card and my voter id, that time they have returned my ration card & after one week on dated 08.02.09 my reliance gsm network service is out. beacuse of my adress proof is
not ok. they require my adress proof. on dated 09.02.09 i was going to vasai web and submitt my ration
card for adress proof but they are not accepted. they said that ration card is not valid for adress proof
so i hope that you take necessary action on that and my card will be activet.my all family member are

I am a retailer. I want GSM cards for selling. The dristributer (Runwin Agency, Super Market, Sholapur) is not giving me GSM cards. He says for 25 GSM card one FWP is compulsory to buy. I contact Reliance custormer care. They says there is no any compulsion. Then I contact to distributer yet he isnot giving me GSM card.
I have taken GSM card for rupees 120/- inspite of they have taken Rs. 25/- 1 month ago.

They told me that u are going to get 4.00 Rs. daily + double balance on recharge till 31 march 2009.

Due to their mistake, i am not getting the benefit and they are not giving any assistance and taking rudely with me.
I have launched 3 complaints with customer care and again twice to this mini web world.

Dear sir,
I purchased a reliance sim card with no [protected] as my friend took my simcard and lost it.on[protected].
As Iwant that number i contacted customer care and nearest web world too they are not responding in a friendly manner

I want a clear detail that is there possibility to get a duplicate one with the same number if so where I have to contact.
I can submit the same id proof what i have submitted in past .

My name is santosh kumar singh i purchased a new rellience gsm card from khora colony noida and the sim is start and closed then i call custmer care services and he says your document is not submit so your number is colsed then is asked to retailer shop he says i deposited your document and he no respons so you have says what i can do .

promotional benefits will be given in 72hrs.
sender no is [protected]. after comes this sms i confirm that this is true then customer care executive said this is true.
but at present time 5 days expand but no action taken for this purpose from reliance.i have been call 5times in customer care. but i have found no solution from customer careNow,

I had similar problem with BSNL. I got the offer on 4/03/2010 and spent around 50 Rs. by answering 25 questions and still didn't get any free talktime. Everybody mobile company seems to be fooling people.

gsm reliance — not giving response

GOOD MORNING SIR,

I want to know what kind of service are giving to customer, as I have submitted my id proof in the beginning f even though my out going is closed, after then I have submitted again my id proof at Abids near MRP mall opp:GPO on 9th April 2010 on 10th April 2010 again my incoming has closed, on Monday again I visited there at 5:45 p.m. & inquired about my id proof & acknowledgment of it, they took 15 mints to find out, and they brought my id proof paper my surprise! what is this? my id proof still with you what kind of service is this why you people has not forwarded my id proof, I ask them they said me head office boy dint came here Saturday & Sunday holiday today is Monday at 5:45 pm also there is no service what kind of branch office is this I asked them, they rudely behave with me & ask me to go and submit at head office I asked them what the use of branch then why you people open the branch when I have to go head office, I have fed up with them I have wasted my 2 hrs, I din't get a proper response from them, Manager & Executive both are same type as I am a female.

I am requesting you to take necessary action against them whats the rule how they are behaving with customer

Reliance — Not giving proper response

The Relience not providing sufficient signal for browsing. While purchasing, they said that the net speed connection is about 3.1 MBPS. But really it connect at few KBPS(around 300 to 400).
While conducting the relience customer care they replied as "The Speed connect is 344 KBPS, It was above average. We cant do anything for this connection.". For more than a month having this problem.
Recently, most of the sites are blocked in this connection. For that reason I contacted customer care, but the response from their was not good. Even they cant say what is the exact problem and when will it be rectified.
Moreover, if I want to conduct the customer care of relience, I really want to wait for more than 30 minutes of time. They putting my call in hold for more than 30 minutes(Last time I personally experience about 35 minutes). I don't know whether this is good kind of response to customer.
