[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Card — deactivated outgoing calls

i have started using reliance gsm card on my mobile as i have rechared it by 500 rs. but now my mobile no. has been deactivated as i am not able to do outgoing calls since 5 days and here in bilaspur (chattisgarh) the local dealer is not supportive so what is the procedure further my gsm card mobile no. is [protected]

Reliance GSM Card — Outgoing Problem

I have purchased Relience GSM card worth Rs.50 on 17th December at 2:30 on clock from Khimaj Communication from I.O.C Road Chandkheda and Submitted by Document at there. The Retailer has submitted it to the Relience Office but My GSM card is activated after 3 days means at 20th December at Evening . I have also Received Messages that My Incoming and Outgoing Services is Active Now. But when I used it The Incoming Services was only activated but the Outgoing Services is not stiil activated. I am facing big problem because of It. Even I have asked the Customer Care of Relience but I recieved reply not very well. I also Visited at the Relience Communicatio Store but they Said Service will be activated in 1 hrs but still after 3 hrs It is Same as previous. So Want that Start my outgoing facilities as earlier as possible or give me refund of my money thats all.
